The torzon marketplace official uses a standard Escrow system. When you pay, the coins are held by the market, not the vendor. The funds are released only when you mark the order as "Received".
Auto-Finalize Timer: Pay attention to the timer. If it runs out, funds release automatically. Always request an extension if the package is delayed.
The Danger of FE (Finalize Early)
Some top-tier vendors require "Finalize Early" (FE). This means you release funds before shipping. This bypasses Escrow protection.
WARNING: Only FE for vendors with 1000+ positive reviews and a long history. FE is the #1 way exit scams happen.
Dispute Etiquette
If a pack doesn't land, open a dispute. Remain polite. Upload evidence (if applicable, scrubbed of metadata). Aggression towards moderators usually results in a loss.
